I have microsoft word.... on a mac computer, i'm typing up many articles for a big school research project

i want to make something like this:

with the text in the middle being a quote

You can do this by the following steps,

i) Open the Ms-Word and Click the insert menu on toolbar.

ii) A drop menu will appear.

iii) Click the Text box button and you will get a text box.

iv) Put It where you want.

v) Double click the Text Box Border, and select the option "Tight" from the text wrapping.

vi) Click inside the text box and write, whatever you want.

And you are done.
